Winter Simmer Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
1 dried orange slice (or 3–4 fresh slices)
½ cup fresh or dried cranberries
2–3 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon whole cloves
2–3 star anise (optional, for a sweet-spice aroma)
1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or a pinch of dried)
4 cups water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a small pot or saucepan.
Fill with about 4 cups of water.
Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
Let it steam uncovered, adding more water as needed to prevent drying out.
