    Winter Simmer Pot Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 dried orange slice (or 3–4 fresh slices)

    • ½ cup fresh or dried cranberries

    • 2–3 cinnamon sticks

    • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

    • 2–3 star anise (optional, for a sweet-spice aroma)

    • 1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or a pinch of dried)

    • 4 cups water

    Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a small pot or saucepan.

    2. Fill with about 4 cups of water.

    3. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.

    4. Let it steam uncovered, adding more water as needed to prevent drying out.
